are some of the questions addressed by this booklet which is a capacity building endeavor by Prayas Energy Group and Kalpavriksh Environment Action Group. This 20 page booklet provides an overview of the power sector and outlines an alternative to the current model of planning in the country.
The booklet would aid consumer organization, individuals and social and environmental activists to participate in issues regarding the power sector and the changes happening therein.
